"Generally good service but the app itself needs a more user-friendly and intelligent interface and a more complete and flexible location finder. Many addresses just aren't in the database and you can't pin-point a place on a map instead. You have to select from a limited and outdated list of addresses. Taxicard should work with one of the major online map providers, such as Google, to fix this."

"This service is really poor. Used it first time a couple of weeks ago for my elderly mother and couldn't get a return trip as no cab could be allocated. Used today for the second time for an important hospital appointment for her. Booked a couple of hours in advance. Then 4 mins before the cab was due got an automated call to say they could not allocate a cab. In the end booked a local cab at 4x the cost, but had no option. This is the worst service. Really awful, was supposed make life easier!"
